Terms of Service — Cash Comments

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cash Comments ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. What the Service Is

Cash Comments is a platform where users pay to publish posts and comments. The amount spent determines a piece of content's ranking position relative to other content at any given time. That is the entirety of what payment purchases.

Payment does not purchase or guarantee any of the following:

Display of your content for any specified duration or minimum period of time
A specific or permanent ranking position
A minimum number of views, readers, or impressions
Permanent storage or archiving of your content
Any promotional, editorial, or algorithmic boost beyond the spend-based ranking
Protection from removal, suspension, or modification

Rankings are dynamic and will change as other users post or comment with higher spend amounts. We make no representation that your content will remain visible, prominent, or accessible at any point after publication.

3. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Because payment is the mechanism by which content is ranked and published, there is no service yet to be delivered at the time of payment — the spend itself is the product. We do not issue refunds for:

Content that is subsequently removed for any reason, including removal at our sole discretion
Dissatisfaction with ranking position, visibility, or engagement
Account suspension or termination
Technical issues that occur after successful payment processing
Change of mind

If a payment is charged back fraudulently, we reserve the right to remove associated content immediately and permanently ban the associated account and payment method.

4. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove, hide, or modify any post or comment at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without any obligation to issue a refund. Removal does not entitle you to compensation of any kind.

Content will be removed, and accounts may be suspended or terminated, in circumstances including but not limited to:

A valid request from a law enforcement authority or government body
A court order or legal process requiring removal
Content that incites, threatens, or glorifies violence against any person or group
Content that constitutes harassment, stalking, or targeted abuse of an individual
Content that sexualises or exploits minors in any way
Content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or materially misleading
Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party
Content that violates applicable laws in any jurisdiction we operate in
Content containing malware, phishing material, or other malicious code
Content that in our sole judgement is harmful to the Service, its users, or third parties
Spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or attempts to manipulate rankings artificially
A reasonable belief that the content poses legal, reputational, or operational risk to us

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. We retain absolute discretion over content moderation decisions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Post content that violates any applicable law or regulation
Impersonate any person, entity, or brand
Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or abuse the ranking system
Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited commercial content
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another user's account
Interfere with the Service's infrastructure, security, or availability
Use automated tools to create accounts, posts, or comments except as expressly permitted

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Cash Comments a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Service. This licence ends when your content is removed, except to the extent copies have been made in backups or caches.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to post your content and that it does not violate these terms or any applicable law.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We expressly disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash Comments and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Cash Comments operates. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
